I have gained a love for renovating houses and turning them into homes. I enjoy the challenge of laying out and designing a well suited room. Or modifying the exterior so that it's attractive, while low maintenance and sturdy. Usually it consists of sweat, aching knees, frustration, and at times a first aid kit; but the satisfaction of having built or improved something is more than enough to outweigh all the negative aspects.
